Effective Application Lifecycle Management

Implementing enterprise applications can be a challenge. When no longer ‘fit for purpose’ they can quickly become outdated resulting in a costly replacement or even leading to a catastrophe.

We will define a framework – our playbook – for how we currently implement applications as fit for purpose, and how we maintain applications for longevity and a high return on investment.

This course also includes aspects of risk management for computerized systems to ensure effort is commensurate with risk, approaches to testing and maintaining the system in operations.

This 1.5 - 2 hour
fundamentals course is designed for Lifesciences professionals that own a business process, Quality and IT professionals.
